Thanks to the hard work behind the design of Praxis Works & TURN products, they are built to last the user a very long time with no issues. As riders and racers ourselves, we use the products we sell and stand behind their quality and usability. Our engineers monitor the manufacturing of every Praxis product and our Quality Control procedures are set in place specifically for each product. All of this is done to deliver the best possible product to our valued customers. NOTE : It is very important to periodically clean/wipe down, and fully inspect your Praxis products.
However, “nothing lasts forever” and should an issue arise, Praxis has the following warranty policy regarding its products.
Please read the ENTIRE warranty policy here prior to contacting Praxis to be sure that your claim falls within warranty criteria:
CHAIN RINGS & CASSETTE
Praxis Works warrants its chain rings and cassettes to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years after original purchase. It is important to periodically clean/wipe down, and inspect your chainrings. Please see Wear and Tear info below.
Praxis Works warrants its Bottom Bracket components to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years after original purchase. Life expectancy of Praxis Works bottom brackets and bearings depends on factors like frequency of use, environmental conditions and intended use. It is important to periodically uninstall your BB to fully clean/wipe down, and inspect.
